Shipping policy
Our store operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding holidays. Orders placed before the cut-off time of 3 PM EST will be packed and dispatched on the same day. Any orders received after 3 PM EST will be processed, but will be shipped the next business day. Please note that our busiest periods are Valentine's Day, summer, and the Christmas season.
Please note that orders placed on Friday after 3pm or on weekends will be processed and shipped on Monday.
When multiple customers are checking out simultaneously, certain items may sell out before orders are finalized. If this occurs and your order is missing an item, we will replace it with a different design from your selection. Conversely, if an order item is out of stock (three or more), we will provide a refund. In certain circumstances where we are not swamped with orders and have ample time, we will contact the customer and inquire about a replacement or refund. However, in busier times, we may not be able to do so We will refund you automatically.
We will send you an update once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number. Keep in mind that once your order has been shipped, we have no control over the shipping company. If any issues arise, we will do our best to assist you, but please understand that we may not be able to resolve every problem as it is outside of our control.
Local Pick up time:
Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm
Saturday- 11am to 5pm
Sunday- By appointment
You can definitely specify a time for picking up your orders, and we will happily accommodate your request based on your preference. However, please note that our doors will close at 5 PM unless you have made prior arrangements with us. Thank you very much for your ongoing support.
