Refund policy
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns. Nonetheless, if the mistake is on our end, we will take full responsibility and replace due to our mistake. However, we are not liable for any damages or incorrect usage of our products.
It's important to note that we do not accept returns for used products. However, we do accept returns for unused items such as UV DTF Wrap/DTF WRAP or any other pre-made items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it's in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that we charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
customers are responsible for the shipping fee when returning items. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue your refund promptly.
